Nice atmosphere with no pressure came here to buy a 2016 Explorer Platinum we saw on the internet. The receptionist was very helpful and nice. Only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was my wife was there till 11:00 pm when buying the car. Apparently there is only 1 financial guy, and there was 3 car deals being closed that night. No big deal but maybe someone else could have stepoped in to help?.....However I still have a great overall impression. More
