Nothing but problems here. I came in for a Tahoe knowing the issues they usually have, I took it for a test drive, was fine, they wouldn’t let me finance through my bank so I came in for a Tahoe knowing the issues they usually have, I took it for a test drive, was fine, they wouldn’t let me finance through my bank so I had to finance through them with an outrageous rate (& I have great credit) As I was signing, I told the the finance person up and down that I know the issues these usually have, and I want bumper to bumper warranty, I paid $3600. I wanted the list of everything done to it/wrong with it, They took their time getting that to me. After I purchase it, the transmission goes in less than a month. Had to have it towed, took over two weeks of horrible communication between them and the warranty company , then I find out that they checked off the BASIC warranty when I paid for the BUMPER TO BUMPER like I stated I wanted. The transmission was covered, but now if anything electrical electrical happens (which it is right now with the steps and tailgate) its not covered. I have called over 3x with no answers or calls back about my warranty that I paid for. The air conditioning was also $1200 to fix which also would have been covered with the bumper to bumper I PAID FOR. Oh, also oil smells like gas. Nothing but issues since I bought it. Do not shop here! More

Visited dealership recently and was ready to purchase a used Chevy truck. Was told couldI would not be allowed to purchase a vehicle from the dealership unless I agreed to finance through the dealership. used Chevy truck.
