Christina in the service department is dangerously incompetent. My car engine continued to smoke after saying "nothing was wrong" with the vehicle following an inspection and oil change. They claim a replacement coolant tank cannot be found in the entire US - and they don't know when my car will be ready. I have spent $2k on rental cars because of these incompetent fools. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Bill DeLuca in Haverhill, MA, and I cannot say enough good things about my salesman, Chris. Because of some personal things on my end, I had to wait a while before Haverhill, MA, and I cannot say enough good things about my salesman, Chris. Because of some personal things on my end, I had to wait a while before I could officially make a purchase. This meant I had to make multiple trips to the dealership over time, looking at different vehicles and trying to figure out exactly what options I wanted. Through it all, Chris was absolutely exceptional. He never knew for sure if he was going to get the sale, but he never once complained or showed any impatience. Every single time I walked back through the door, he welcomed me with total sincerity and went above and beyond to help me. He listened to my situation, truly understood my issues, and bore with me through the entire process. Chris's incredible patience, helpfulness, and genuine kindness made all the difference. Quick, efficient scheduled visit on a Saturday. Was pleased with the service as usual, although I voiced a concern over possibly my lower front ball joints being the cause of some slight noise and Was pleased with the service as usual, although I voiced a concern over possibly my lower front ball joints being the cause of some slight noise and onky asked if those two bolts could be torque checked during oil change. Told no one who could diagnose issues etc but I only needed someone with a torque wrench and deep socket to literally turn/check 2 nuts on bolts. Otherwise always happy with them, but left and will have to still have someone else check for me. More

Brought vehicle in for service while also shopping for a new car. Was told my car needed over $9000 of work and that it would only be worth $2000 on the trade. I was mocked for disagreeing. Got three mor new car. Was told my car needed over $9000 of work and that it would only be worth $2000 on the trade. I was mocked for disagreeing. Got three more opinions on the car afterward and was offered five times as much as DeLuca by all 3 dealers. Traded my car in for $10,000 elsewhere! More

Unfortunately you have to continually call for status updates or your car will be overlooked. My car sat for two days because the service writer went on vacation, failed to tell the others covering for updates or your car will be overlooked. Their location in the Merrimack Valley is the only reason we have used this service department. A broken down vehicle forces you to settle for mediocre service. More
