Warning, do not go here, unorganized, and uneducated, deceitful place. Salesperson started off ok, personable, but we quickly realized he was not knowledgeable about the different makes and models of vehicles, even though they were running ads on their websites about leases on certain model vehicles, they said that the website was not accurate, "fake news" as they called it. Games, games, games! What a waste of time. We verified that it was in fact their website through a third party. They were unaware that the vehicle we were looking for came in a 4-cylinder. The salesperson never introduced us to the manager, said he wished the owner was still the father and not the son, and he told us to "take it up with the owner" at one point. He kept talking as we were walking out the door. Horrible experience, worst ever, and we have been buying cars for 30 years! Do not go here! Many better options out there to choose from of more respectful car dealerships. More

Went to test drive with the intent to purchase a 2019 Ram truck, first they couldn't find the truck, then told me it was sold, finally found it after I suggested they look on their website. Truck drove nice truck, first they couldn't find the truck, then told me it was sold, finally found it after I suggested they look on their website. Truck drove nice but the interior was trashed, strune water bottles, dog hair everywhere, pulled out the rear arm rest and there was a dog leash tied to the frame. Obviously home to a dog. Salespeople were clueless about the truck, and adiment about negotiating any kind of price. Second time I've had that experience with Bill Deluca salespeople in seven months.
