Thanks for responding. My frustration remains that I did not buy the plow elsewhere, as you stated, I purchased it from you dealership, I believe the person I purchased it from works in Parts, I believe his name is Evan. So, my frustration is that this model has/may have a defect in one of the hydraulic valves, where metal burrs break off and prevent the valve from sealing and therefore there would be a plow hydraulic failure again, leaving me unable to plow at the optimal time after a storm, yet again. The hassle would be waiting to get someone to answer me for the service (took about 3-4 hours last time and several calls ), losing time from work or my personal life for this manufacturing defect as I short chain it, and drive it to your dealership, waiting for the service and all the while I still could not plow with a brand new plow. Though I bought this defect issue up several times in my discussions with Matt, he said he did not know anything about that issue or about plows, and he never offered to discuss this defect with your plow specialists. None of this sounds like good customer service.
