The people are helpful and thorough with explaining what work has or needs to be done to my vehicle. It is done in a timely and prompt manner and the cost is reasonable for my budget. Both Bob and the sales manager, Nick Elwell, quickly and efficiently took me thru the sales negotiation without pressure and we soon had an agreement. The titling and paperwork was very efficiently handled by Stephanie Kirkpatrick. While Stephanie explained everything in detail the process was completed without delays. I was very pleased with my customer experience at Bill Dodge Hyundai. More
