A friend brought me to the dealership because I needed a car and she had had a good experience with them. Tony and Richie were wonderful to work with. I requested a Sat. radio be installed on the vehicle--it was accomplished in a highly professional workmanship. Friendliness--Brian was friendly but at times seemed frustrated with my questions-he suggested my expectations were high for the vehicle. Overall experience was good--vehicle was professionally detailed the inventory of used vehicles was good had i wished to look at another vehicle. Price--the vehicle was on the web for $9,965. onThurs.10/l. the vehicle was lised for $8866. when i called Brian he was not aware of the price change said we would re work the deal i told him the trade in figure of $800. was way out of line. - for '01 Taurus 70k in excellent condition no reconditioning needed. Brian called back with the new price on the web figured in i asked about trade in of $800. he said he could'nt do anything about it, but the trade would be looked at again when i came down the next day. the next day we went down to the dealership to see the Park AV. I asked several when the trade would be looked at finallythe used car mgr. came ouut to the Taurus, he did'nt want to drive the trade or even start the engine--I reviewed to him the numerous new parts on vehicle the the $800. Brian had quoted me. he had no reaction. Finally the paperwork was brought to me to sign i again asked about the trade--the finance man said nothing could be done. At that point i had to decide whether to take the deal--the Buick which i liked or walk. I was tired after a 5 hr. drive, assisting my wheelchair bound partner. Would I recommend the dealership? probably--with the advice watch closely the pricing of any vehicle you buy. Chris Pierce. More

I have great faith and respect for Andrea Ribero, and we met her as she took us through several different cars and ended up eventually selling my parents a new Cadillac! Adrea was given excellent support by the sales manager Jeff Campbell, who I had has the pleasure of dealing with for over 15 years as he climbed through the ranks of sales and sales management. Together, they worked diligently as team to facilitate this sale. My parents who are elderly, never felt like their issues and concenrns we not important to Jeff and Andrea and they made the car buying experience a pleasure. My dad, who for his entire life has adhored the new car buying experience, walked away from the Bill Dodge dealership with a whole new attitude and high level of satisfaction. Thanks to all involved, we appreciate it. More

I recently purchased a new 2009 Cadillac DTS from Bill Dodge. Both Mr. Campbell, who is the Sales Manager, and Mr. Connors gave me the impression that they wanted to sell me the car and wanted to do so at Dodge. Both Mr. Campbell, who is the Sales Manager, and Mr. Connors gave me the impression that they wanted to sell me the car and wanted to do so at what I thought was a fair price. They spent several hours patiently explaining why they could not sell the car for less than the price they set and could not pay more for my trade-in, showing me the recent prices that cars similar to mine were selling for at auction. I had performed considerable research before I went to the dealership so I know that the information they provided me was accurate and the price I agreed to pay for the car was fair. I had previously had difficulty with service at the dealership and was considering a Lincoln instead of another Cadillac; I have owned 5 previous Cadillacs and had all of them serviced at this dealership. Based on my experience with Mr. Campbell and Mr. Connors, I changed my impression and am glad that I decided to purchase another Cadillac. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to people I know. Hopefully, the good service and treatment carries over to the Service Department. More
I bought a 2004 Buick Lesabre and they were patient and curtius. I am very picky and have been called a pain elsewhere. I have had other cars repaired there most currently the thermostat on my 2000 Chevy Malibu, they fixed it quickly and at a fair price. Over all I give the sales department a 4.25 and the service a 4.75. More

They continued to look until they found what we were looking for. We were extremely satisfied with the vehicle and the price. The customer service by both of them were exceptional. I would recommend both Richie and Tony and Bill Dodge to anyone looking for a car. The entire experience was enjoyable. More
