I have had 3 awful experiences with your service department. I have had my car for less than 1 year and there have been 3 different service managers. With my most recent and ongoing experience I have been unable to get a timely response from Scott, it takes days and multiple emails from me before he contacts me back. I would have to spend too much time writing about my experiences and I’ve already spent so much time just trying to get my car fixed. I would prefer to speak to someone about this. My work days are extremely busy so it would be helpful to schedule a time have said conversation. More
My vehicle had been at this infinity service center for 10 weeks. 10 weeks ??!! I had to make my three car payments for a vehicle that sat on on your lot for repairs. Every week, I was told my vehicle wo 10 weeks. 10 weeks ??!! I had to make my three car payments for a vehicle that sat on on your lot for repairs. Every week, I was told my vehicle would be ready, and mysteriously, no one returned my calls until days after it’s is supposed to be ready; then, there would be an additional $300-$500 add on expense. Every time. That my warranty didn’t cover. Every time. Totally unacceptable. I was very, very patient. I don’t think anyone actually gave a crap about me or my car because if they did this would had been handled weeks ago. I don’t think Scott is a bad person, but clearly someone else needs to know that THIS IS NOT OK for him to tell me every week that my car will be ready and then not getting in touch with me for days after it was supposed to be available for pick up. — I finally got my car 2 weeks ago, and have received ZERO FOLLOW UP FROM ANYONE AT THAT DEALERSHIP — Why would I EVER recommend anyone EVER GO THERE ??!! More

From start to finish the experience was better than ever expected. My sales person was very nice, no pressure, new her stuff and answered my questions effortlessly.
