I am thoroughly disappointed with the customer service I received. After buying a truck that had problems from day 1… i was told that there appointments were more important than fixing my brand new truck.. received. After buying a truck that had problems from day 1… i was told that there appointments were more important than fixing my brand new truck..After getting the truck back still have a window that won’t work properly. Would never tell anyone to go to bill dodge. The level of service I received I would expect from a small buy here pay here place not from a place like bill dodge. More
