I had stopped in a couple of days earlier with a problem and the service manager went out to my car did a repair for me without an appointment as something had come lose under the car.. Today Ben took care of me as I was in for the hood latch recall repair and at the same time I asked if they had time to do a transmission service which was do at the same time while my car was there anyway..
