Visit couldn’t have been worse. Quoted prices on phone prior to visit, they didn’t want to honor those prices when I arrived. Handed me a price sheet for future reference. The prices on the sheet were low prior to visit, they didn’t want to honor those prices when I arrived. Handed me a price sheet for future reference. The prices on the sheet were lower than the ones quoted! They then asked for it back saying it was old and applied back when oil changes were on 3750 mile intervals vs. 5000. So, they basically admitted they are charging more for the same service because the interval was lengthened thereby screwing the customer to protect their revenue stream. Car was supposed to be washed. Was covered in bugs when I picked up. They didn’t put on new mileage sticker after oil change. Grease all over interior leather on door. Clearly their focus is not on a quality experience for customer. It’s all about churning vehicles to make money. I received a follow up call asking how was my experience and I relayed all this same info and I got an “I’m sorry”. No effort to try and make things right. I would strongly suggest you take your car somewhere else. I certainly will. More
