a wonderful experience - and I love my new car. I did not feel pressured to buy in any way. Ryan knew from my on line choices what I was looking for. We scheduled a visit and he had 3 different cars for me feel pressured to buy in any way. Ryan knew from my on line choices what I was looking for. Driving down the highway one day I saw someone with a sign on their vehicle stating, "I will never buy another car from Bill Dube." I thought perhaps this ONE person had a bad experience (very bad consi sign on their vehicle stating, "I will never buy another car from Bill Dube." I thought perhaps this ONE person had a bad experience (very bad considering they had a customized magnetic sign made). So, when my driver's side power window stopped working, I decided to give Bill Dube Toyota an opportunity to service my vehicle.....BIG MISTAKE. They overcharged me by $65 from what I was quoted. I told them, "I would rather buy a brand new vehicle than pay this bill (knowing that I would have the bill rolled into the new car loan) , it that possible?" No one took me seriously. I showed an interest in buying my loaner car, yet no one would give me a price. As I was was reading the comments on the invoice the service rep, Bill, ripped the document out of my hands stating that I wasn't allowed to read the comments but then he proceed to read it to me. I'd like to see him do that to a man!!! These people are the epitome of the slimmy, good 'ol boy, car dealership. The next business day I called to notify them of my experience. The next call I received was from a sales rep trying to sell me a car (a little too late). I have yet to receive a call from a Service rep to discuss the amount I was overcharged. Before I left I told them, "This is my first experience with this dealership and it will be my last." Bill replied, "I don't want to hear that." Well sorry Bill, you'll never see me again or anyone else I can save from being ripped-off and humiliated. More
