Don't count on any customer service after the purchase of your vehicle. Went for my scheduled appointment for the Value Detail Voucher today. Not a positive experience at all. Was completely ignored by two s your vehicle. Went for my scheduled appointment for the Value Detail Voucher today. Not a positive experience at all. Was completely ignored by two service employees for over ten minutes while they were catching up on non work related conversation. Once I interrupted, I was told someone would be with me shortly. Waited 45 minutes and the car hadn't even been moved nor had anyone talk to me. I was told it would take 30-60 minutes to complete. Had to go, had other appointments.
