Dominic was great! He was calm, helpful and not in your face which I really loved. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have bought a vehicle that day. He was unhelpful and way too in your face. They lure you in with prices that are good but not really the price unless you fully finance with them. Selling used cars without 2 keys and no floor mats. Then spend so much time trying to sell you on the extras. Again Dominic was AWESOME but the rest of the experience was average. I wanted to leave excited about my new vehicle but the manager left a sour taste in my mouth for sure:( More
Shoppers beware ! !!!! - Called about a manual BMW Z4, spoke with the internet team. I stated the price was high for me, would they accept a lower price. I was told the offer I presented should be acceptable. I again stated that I was not coming to the dealer unless they would lower the price. I stated, I respect your time and do not want to waste my time either. Again, I was assured that my clearly stated offer should be acceptable. So I made the trip to the dealer, only to find out by the assigned salesman they do not adjust any prices. The car was listed where they felt it should sell, the price is not negotiable. I said, OK I'm not planning to buy the car, but I'll at least have a chance to test drive the manual Z4. This is when I discovered the manual was an automatic. I asked if the salesperson brought the correct car. I was assured this was the car I asked about. I said the car is listed as manual on multiple websites. I ended up leaving the dealership without driving the car. Then I received a call from one of the managers to ask about my interaction and why I left. I explained the deception regarding pricing and the manual being an auto. The manager went on and on about how they have no control over what gets put online, I asked if they have control over the photos taken? All the interior photos conceal the area where the stick shift is located. The manager kept saying she wished we could go back in time. She also said they could use this as a way to grow from their mistakes. I said, what happened with me (in my opinion) was not a series of random mistakes, but were clear examples of institutionalized deceptive efforts to increase customer traffic. More
Although everyone was very professional there was a few things that kind of upset me. First I noticed one of the keys battery was depleted, I asked if they could replace that… they said they would and then things that kind of upset me. First I noticed one of the keys battery was depleted, I asked if they could replace that… they said they would and then after everything was said and done the salesman came to me and told me they don’t have any replacements in the back and that they are only 7 bucks at the store… it’s not the cost of the item.. it’s the principle of the situation, I wanted both the keys to work when I bought the car. The second thing was the gas, it’s an electric car that also takes gas but the gas tank wasn’t full like he also promised. He told me they would fill the tank before I left but ended up coming and looking and said oh well along as it’s a qtr tank in there I should be good…and the last thing I’ll say I don’t know if it’s entirely their fault but the service light came on as a drive up the road from them off the lot. I thought it was supposed to be serviced already? I’m not sure but I guess that’s something I’ll have to pay for out of pocket as well. The staff was all professional and nice, the dealership itself was nice. I also liked how they did a personal video of the car before i got there that was also pretty cool. All in all I wish they did what they said they were going to do and the at the car was fully ready to go when I bought it. More
