What surprised my husband the most was Hector had not seen us since the purchase of the car and walked out a year later to greet my husband by name, that feeling that we left that kind of impact on him, made us feel at home and not "just a customer" Stop by and look around, there is never a "salesman" feel there. Ask for Hector, I promise u, he will get u in the vichicle u want! I trust Owens more than any place I have ever been! They do not ignore u after the purchase, they stay only a call or text away. I have never done a review on anything, but I feel I have to let anyone thinking of purchasing good lasting vichicles & an excellent sales person ..don't buy until u have met Hector. There are only a few honest, hard working people left on lots, He is one of those few. And don't forget to say "hi" to the owner Mr. Owens that is always there watching the business to make sure u never leave unhappy! Love this place! Old fashion values do still exist More

I'm usually a private owner type buyer because I don't like dealing with the "Used Car Guys". I drove 3 hours to look at the truck and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and easy their staff was to work with. Made the deal and have been extremely satisfied my purchase. When looking for another specific vehicle I again found what I was looking for on Bill Owens website. Made the deal over the phone and drove down to see the vehicle. We liked it and drove it home. On the way home we noticed a couple of issues with the vehicle and called them right away. They had us bring the vehicle back and they took care of all of the issues. I was really pleased with their customer service. They were honest and did what they said that they would do. We will consider Bill Owens again for our next vehicle purchase. More
