Very efficient and friendly My Wife and I walked in about 5 PM on a Friday night. Negotiated a fair deal and proceeded to finalize the deal. Tom was extremely patient and helpful in working with me and my credit union to make the deal happen. We ended up leaving there about 6:30 with my purchase complete with a new tag and registration. Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Starting with Tom Gray and Mr Owens himself along with the behind the scenes staff everyone went out of their way to make this a extremely pleasant experience.
