Friendly and professional. Although this is the second time they have failed to read work order carefully and did more than requested. In the end they did not charge me for Although this is the second time they have failed to read work order carefully and did more than requested. In the end they did not charge me for extra work but still made me feel foolish even though it was their mistake Also a simple oil and filter change should not cost over $145 even in a 6 cylinder diesel. Can't justify such cost. I will be doing this work myself from now on for half the cost. The coupons in the mail are worthless for oil changes. More
