I'm disappointed I'm in my purchase. I realize it's a used vehicle but...... I traveled two hours to look at the 2013 F 150 I bought. I stopped on my way home in Elkton, Tn and on further inspection I n used vehicle but...... I traveled two hours to look at the 2013 F 150 I bought. I stopped on my way home in Elkton, Tn and on further inspection I noticed that one of the fog lights was missing. Fog light and the bracket/bezel was missing. I looked at the window sticker that was in my center console and it specifically said that it comes with "foglights" that's plural not a single foglight. So that's disappointment #1. #2: I have a Actron OBD II auto scanner at the house, wish I would have taken it with me, anyway I plugged it in and it says that's there's a "catalyst efficiency below threshold" (bank 1 & 2). The check engine light wasn't on however. That's in the first 3 hours of ownership! Day #2: The check engine light finally goes off. Plugged in the autoscanner and it was still the catalyst fault. PS: I was looking in the glove box and there's a receipt dated 1/05/21(replacement part 608326) from A-1 muffler shop which is for a catalytic converter limited warranty registration. I'm assuming that might be the issue I'm getting? I attached a photo of the receipt. So there you go. I went ahead and bought a new foglight and the bracket which I should have delivered by next week. The existing wiring is cut so I'll have to take it to a shop to have it installed for me. I have contacted via email and text and on a couple occaisions they told me they'll get with the necessary person and have them call me. 2 months into my purchas and no response. I will never buy new or used from this dealership again. BTW: I gave them a high rating on freindliness but then again aren't they always feindly when they're making a sale?? More

Very polite, very courteous staff, the appointment was right on schedule as promised and I was very pleased at the quickness of the service department’s expert skilled mechanics. General manager Johanthan is really good at trying to feed you full of a bunch of lies when he has sold the truck I have a deposit on and my card has been charged. I have talked to them 3 times and was told the truck was there waiting on me. (The truck I have a deposit on). Good thing salesmen Leon is honest and tells the truth that his general manager is a lier and does shady business. More

I drove 150 miles round trip after talking with sales man and when l arrived the car was not there. I was later informed that the sales price was down payment!
