Hustlers I have bought a few cars before and have dealt with some shyster car dealers, but these guys hit the top of the list. A sale is only a sale if you don't try to steal the trade-in to compensate. All I can tell you about these folks is, if you go to Bill Smith to buy a car either 1) have no trade in; 2) have no negative equity in your trade; 3) have a serious pile of cash down; or 4) - probably best option..... go to another dealer......any other dealer. What a pile of crooks. Just glad I didn't make the drive to Cullman or I would have been mad. More

It was all signed by my husband and the finance manager (we have every copy of it) my husband also bought his new tag for the truck. A week after purchasing the finance manager that signed all the paperwork calls my husband and says that the interest rate that's on his paper work isn't the right one and will go up and he had to sign new paperwork (the same stuff he has already signed but with a higher interest rate). My husband told him he was not signiing any new paper work because he already has the paperwork he needs, and the deal and the rate was set at the signing of the official paperwork. The finance manager got really ugly with my husband on the phone and was yelling at him and was threatening to come pick up his new truck and bring his trade-in back. We will never buy from Bill Smith again nor will we ever recommend anyone to buy from them. Once official paperwork is signed by both parties it is supposed to be done. More

I bought a 2006 Chevy Silverado from there in April 2010 and it had a noise when braking. I was told it was nothing major and they was not going to fix it. A friend of mine that is a mechanic drove my truck and it had a noise when braking. I was told it was nothing major and they was not going to fix it. A friend of mine that is a mechanic drove my truck said something was wrong with the brakes. I took this week to Chevy dealership and it cost me over $600 to ge fixed. I was told that the vehicle had serious brake problems and should have never been sold. To the point the brakes could have failed. To me all this dealership cared about was making the sale, no concern for safety or concern for a customer. I just know that they are not to be trusted and no would should assune that any vehicle they sell is ok. More
