The sales and service at Bill Smith is second to none. They had ample inventory to choose from but I wanted a truck that they didn't have on the lot. In a matter of minutes, they located the exact truck More

A flyer was sent out and when he came up here from the flyer he wanted a Import vehicle. He had orginally bought a Pontiac Grand Prix from us and wanted to trade it in for a Toyota Camry. He agreed to the terms and signed his paperwork that was presented to him with all the figures. He then proceeded to tell us that he was going to pay it off early and would bring us $6000 to apply to it. It also came up back up here 5 days later and wanted to pay it off . We told him that he would have to go to the bank to pay it off. He did not understand why he would have to do this. He did not understand how a dealership gets payed from the bank. We tried to explain to him but did not understand. His son then gets involved and wants us to refund his money cause this was going to affect his inheritance.

No you sold him a 2007 toyota camry for $20,000. That's what I have a problem with. I don't have an inheritance. My problem is how inconsiderate you people can be. He had a trade in plus put money down and still owe's 14,000+. The flyer stated he would win a car you guys lured him in and took full advantage of an elderly person. It's unfortunate I was out of town. He also tried to return the car but you said you couldn't take it back. My problem is you lie just like you are now in this response email. Try telling the truth, he overpaide for the car by 5,000 and your ok with that. I just want people to see the real truth about this dealership and how they will RIP YOU OFF ANY CHANCE THEY HAVE!!!!

I am afraid this person is wrong. The bank accepted the deal which means it was not over priced cause they would not have accepted it if it was. This person has no common sense and can not be reasoned with. I am sorry for his misunderstanding he has on this deal.

Your crazy again, let me walk you through this you moron. The car was priced at $19,000+ he had a trade in for $3500, and paid down to $14,000+ so all the bank had to loan was on 14,000 which is the true value of the car. So the only person with no common sense is you. I guess that's how you guys run youR business too. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THIS IS HOW YOU GUYS RIPPED HIM OFF!!!! JUST ADMIT IT THAT'S ALL I'M LOOKING FOR!!!!!

This is not a Bad Dealership and has been in business since 1956. No one made this person sign anything that they was not aware of. The dealership is sorry for the misunderstanding.

Again there is no misunderstanding. You guys took advantage of a 87 year old man and had no remorse about doing so. He thougt he was getting a better deal instead he got lies. Guess you guys have been misleading people for years and calling it a misunderstanding.
