I called Eddie and he got my recall scheduled quickly and the service was performed in a very reasonable timeframe. Everything was done per our discussions and explained thoroughly. The only complaint I have is that when I got back into my truck things in my console were pulled out and the phone charger I leave in the truck was now in the USB (I don't use the USB) and laying across onto the drivers floor. In my mind it appears someone, probably a technician, pulled it out and connected their own phone to it. In the future it would be wise to put items back where you found them like you found them if you are playing with customers items. More

Brought my Flex in at 9am for oil change, rotation, and inspection. At 11:30 I called wondering what the status is, they said they’d have Dillon call me back.
