Took my truck in for repairs on Monday. Johnny said he would call with estimate by late afternoon. By midday Tuesday I had not received a call, so I called. Johnny claimed he left me two voicemails, of wh would call with estimate by late afternoon. By midday Tuesday I had not received a call, so I called. Johnny claimed he left me two voicemails, of which I received none. I agreed on cost estimate and informed him I was leaving town but that my wife would be able to pick up after hours and he should call me. I received no calls and after returning on Monday I called to get the status. Johnny again claimed he called me and left a message. I inquired on the number he claims he’s been calling and surprisingly he had the correct number but yet I never received any of the calls. More astonishing is that he only tried calling once and that he didn’t try calling any other numbers on the account or even try emailing. This combined with calling the week before to get an estimate on the cost and never receiving a return call is making me question whether I shoulf continue to use this dealer. More
