Best GM service department in Iowa I typically dread taking my car to the dealer for warranty work, because most of the time its a battle to get them to repair the car, or has to be esc I typically dread taking my car to the dealer for warranty work, because most of the time its a battle to get them to repair the car, or has to be escalated to corporate. Not the case with Billion. Every issue I pointed out was promptly addressed and fixed to satisfaction. They treat the car like it's their own and strive to take care of everything, no matter how minor or nit picky the issue is. There is a very comfortable waiting room and an efficient process to get people in/out. Everyone I talked to is very friendly. I will be taking my car exclusively to Billion from now on for service, and my next vehicle purchase will likely be from them due to the great experience I had with the service department. More

Left waiting for over 30 mins after my vehicle was done while my vehicle was left with the window rolled down and keys in it outside. Told it would take an hour fo for over 30 mins after my vehicle was done while my vehicle was left with the window rolled down and keys in it outside. Told it would take an hour for my oil change and I was there for over 90 mins. This also happened to another customer as well while I was waiting. This was with a scheduled appt which I arrived 12 mins early for. Then no explanation of why I had to wait for so long after it was done. More

Sloppy service and arrogant service advisor Took my car in for a multi point inspection. Received no feedback and no papers explaining all the different items. I got nothing. When I spoke to A Took my car in for a multi point inspection. Received no feedback and no papers explaining all the different items. I got nothing. When I spoke to Andy, he argued with me. I told him they didn’t even notice a brake light that was out. I went in with 3 items I knew were there and those were never pointed out nor red flagged. Andy told me if you knew your tail light was out, why would you wait for us to point it out? I said I figured out it was out as I pulled in shop. Why didn’t you point it out? He said I may not have wanted to fix it. Ok. Point it out and let me decide. Very irritated. And very rude. Will never go back to Billion for service or to buy a car! Horrible attitude. More
