I have been unable to resolve an issue with a $3,000 down payment at Billy Wood Ford in Jena, Louisiana. On August 8, 2026, I paid $3,000 by debit card as a down payment on a used 2018 Honda. On August 10, I returned to pick up the vehicle and was told that financing had been denied. I never took possession of the vehicle. I immediately requested my $3,000 back. The dealership processed a transaction labeled “RETURN” on my debit card and gave me a receipt showing the transaction. I have kept that receipt. Today, August 24, my bank has confirmed that the original $3,000 payment left my account on 8-8-26 but there is no $3,000 refund received and no refund pending. I am not accusing anyone of keeping my money. I am simply asking for your assistance in having your accounting/payment-processing department verify what happened to this refund. If the refund was successfully processed, I would appreciate receiving the processor's confirmation or trace/reference number so my bank can locate it. I recently bought a truck Ford F150 and got the run around on the truck. Then was showed a different truck that was ragged out on the inside. I told the salesman and the Sales manager ( Freddie) that around on the truck. Then was showed a different truck that was ragged out on the inside. Once all was said and done he tried to put my in the wrong truck ( Red Truck). He was very rude when I stated that was not the truck I was buying. The finance Lady was very nice and helped me out. I was told by several personnel at the dealership that his was not the 1st time this had happen and they said they were sorry. I don't think I will do business with them again. I would like to talk to Mr. Billy Woods himself and discuss the action that took place that day. The first thing I said when I bought the truck was how important service after the sale was to me . I was told I would always get a loaner and was promised I would be taken care of. That was a year and a half ago and I have yet to even be fit in for an oil change on my day off. Very rude people. More

He ask if he could help us and when we pointed to one we liked he even agreed to bring it in their shop out of the rain for us to look at .
