Service was awesome. I arrived before they open and was taken right away. I waited for the service to be completed and was very impressed with Essence keeping to the committed schedule. I made an appointment to get my yearly service, which went great. A couple days later my check engine light came on so I made another appointment for Thursday October 8th. I was told that it takes 30 min went great. A couple days later my check engine light came on so I made another appointment for Thursday October 8th. I was told that it takes 30 mins to hook it up to the diagnostic machine and a day to figure it out. I called at the end of the business day that Thursday, and was told 2 days. Today is day four and my car has still not been touched. Why make an appointment if the time slot is not for me. Inexcusable!! If i had known that it was going to take longer than a day I would have taken my car to another dealer. More
