The worst dealership in DFW. Stay as far away as possible! They always misquote the time estimates it will take to complete the service or repair. Also with previous repairs, I have had to go multip possible! They always misquote the time estimates it will take to complete the service or repair. Also with previous repairs, I have had to go multiple times to get the problem fixed. It took them 4 attempts to fix a tire that was leaking air due to their bad installation (which they never managed to figure out), 2 attempts to service my brakes, and 4 attempts to fix my check engine light. This last time I went I was told that my tire that was leaking air (due to their bad installation) and another one that had a bubble would be fixed for free. Then they called me the next day saying that I actually needed to pay for the fix. Also, I asked for the receipt to be email to me and I had to call to get it sent. More
