Have to Follow Up Continuously They ended up delaying my car getting repaired for a week. At one point they had lost it and could not find it. I believe that they have finally brought in good, capable leadership in the service department and they are getting their act together. For the last couple years that I have been bringing my Alfa here they have been notoriously disorganized, late, and borderline incompetent. Lots of employee turnover in the last two years. . More

John was very nice and easy to work with. The service took 3 days which was quite a long time for the recall that got fixed. Even with COVID being a health issue I think rental cars should be delivered t took 3 days which was quite a long time for the recall that got fixed. Even with COVID being a health issue I think rental cars should be delivered to customers and sanitized after. Having to Uber everywhere for 3 days wasn’t the best experience. More

Attention to detail is appreciated Brought my Stelvio in for 1 year service and repair of a side mirror. While setting up the appointment the service rep (John Cooper) pointed out that Brought my Stelvio in for 1 year service and repair of a side mirror. While setting up the appointment the service rep (John Cooper) pointed out that there would be two recalls that would also be performed at this time. My past experience on other vehicles has been that I must contact the dealership to set up separate appointments to have recalls addressed. John's observation allowed everything to be taken care of in one service appointment, Additionally, when I arrived to pick up the car after servicin, John noticed the invoice was incorrect (a service task had been inadvertently entered twice). John quickly resolved the issue and had me on my way. Much appreciated! More

Please open more locations Service was great. I got in and out of there in less than an hour. Please open more service centers or make software updates available as tune files. Service was great. The location was fine enough but I hate having to make a 3 1/2 hour drive down there to have anything done. Its not a huge deal because I can do most maintenance my self with a €50 copy of multi ECU scan but if they could just set up a drop box account or email me the recall fix as a file I could flash on to my ECU at home I would probably never have to go to the dealer again. More
