I have to drive across DFW to get to this location so it is no small feat to get here. Each time I have had service here it was quick and efficient. Both times I expected to be at the dealer all day waiting and each time the service was done within a couple of hours. Way beyond expectations on the timing. My hats off to the technical folks for a job well done and thanks for a great advocate in the front of the house. Greg Main has been the pinnacle of professionalism every time I have visited this service department. Do not hesitate to entrust your vehicle to Greg and his fellow staff. Job well done! More

quality service, but not enough staffing Dropped by Stelvio off for 2 year service. Had to bring the car back for a secondary issue. Jeff in service did a nice job in setting me up with a loa Dropped by Stelvio off for 2 year service. Had to bring the car back for a secondary issue. Jeff in service did a nice job in setting me up with a loaner for the follow-up visit. However, being at Essence two times in a two week period highlighted they are woefully understaffed in the service department. Jeff did all he could to support scheduled drop-offs, unscheduled drop-offs, phone calls, and the mountain of paperwork they generate on the drop-off/pick-up process. My other car is a MB and when you show up there for service, you get an army of support, and you are in and out in minutes. Jeff was everything Essence should hope for and more, but they need to set him up for success with more staffing and leaner processes. Ironically, they very guy I am giving props to, is not listed on there feedback form. Maybe they should have those other names working as hard as Jeff. More

I took my Alfa in for a 10K service. The staff was very friendly, and completed the service quickly. They also completed a software upgrade at the same time, which saved me from having to make another tri friendly, and completed the service quickly. I went in to have both front parking sensors remounted since they broke off during trip. Even though it took a few weeks to get the parts in, due to Christmas and New Years, the service was great. Due to what needed to be done, it was performed in a timely manner. I live 140+ miles away, but it is worth the trip for the service I’ve had. More
