nice and easy When I brought my Stelvio in for its first service they told me that normally Alfa pays for the first service but because I have had the car more than When I brought my Stelvio in for its first service they told me that normally Alfa pays for the first service but because I have had the car more than 1 year, I would be paying 450 for the oil change and service. My service guy (John) was able to get Alfa to pay it anyway since I only have 7000 miles of the car. He is my hero and has earned my loyalty as a customer. Very nice people there. More
Last resort I bought my Alfa from the Alfa dealership in McKinney. That was far from my house, but they promised they were opening a Dallas location shortly. They did and very promptly they've both gone out of business. I like the Alfa, but it's a quirky car. I called Essence and they said they could and would absolutely service the car. Got an appointment and loaner car. Loaner car was new and clean. Essence treated me great and if they were closer, I'd definitely buy my next car from them. More

They took care of me Brought my Alfa Romeo Giulia QV in for a service. Found out that the front shocks were bad for some reason as well as a sensor on the engine. The issues were diagnosed quickly, parts availability was not so great though. This was not a dealership issue but an Alfa USA issue. Even though it was not their issue, Carson and the Service team were very responsive to the situation. Knowing my car would be there for quite a while Carson made sure that I got a QV loaner which was going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend the service department at Essence. Even though I live 40 minutes away they are my go to service department. More
