Like pulling teeth Called for weeks to get an appointment. Finally some one returned my call to tell me that Essence lacked a necessary diagnostic tool and that Essen Called for weeks to get an appointment. Finally some one returned my call to tell me that Essence lacked a necessary diagnostic tool and that Essence would call when the tool had been received. Waited two more weeks, crickets. Finally I started calling again. Eventually got appointment set up. Valet communication was awful, wrong, and caused me to sit at home for hours ruining my plans for the day. Car went in on the 3rd. Got call on 6th that it was done. I asked if they checked on an issue I raised. They said no such issue existed. Asked them to double check. They advised they would but would not have car ready until the 7th but would call when recheck complete. Crickets. I call on the 13th. Car had been ready since 7th. Your customer service is unworthy of high end cars. You should be embarrassed. More

A/C checkup I was have problems with the A/C putting out warm air after driving for approximately 2 hours in 85+ degrees. They had me in and out in no time at all, which was nice since I drove 160 miles one way for the checkup. Everyone I worked with on this trip was wonderful. I would recommend this dealer. More
