First Service First, let me say that everyone at Essence has alway been fantastic to deal with. Very professional, easy to work with and they sell a great product. First, let me say that everyone at Essence has alway been fantastic to deal with. Very professional, easy to work with and they sell a great product. I bought my car in for its first (10K) service, they were ready for me at the appointed time, completed the necessary service and had my car back in the promised time frame. I am probably being picky here, but when I got my car back the exterior was filthy. Granted, it had rained the days prior so it was dirty when I brought it in, but I can’t recall a time when my car wasn’t at least run through the wash. I wasn’t expecting a full detail, just a basic wash. Out of curiosity, I brought it up to the service tech and was told they could do it but that it would be 90 minutes if I wanted to wait. Anyway, great dealer, great work on the car, I guess I was just a little disappointed at the end given that they are a fairly high end dealership and it just what I had grown accustomed to. More

I have many options for service on my Maserati and drive extended distance to do business with Essence Maserati. don't be fooled with company's like park place you are only a number and will be treated as such as soon as you drop your car off. I have never been disappointed with Essence and will be a life long customer for all my exotic car needs. Simply put these guys are the real deal. And I'm not easy to please. More
