It is unfortunate that the vehicle has been in service; however, we have done our best to accommodate you and provided a loaner car and deliveries to lessen the burden. Furthermore, yes, you have spoken to the Director of Sales, the General Manager and the Service Manager, so there really isn't anyone else left to address an issue that is with the car; other than to continue to do our best to fix the issue.
