When my 2018 Stelvio was ready for the 30K service, I researched top Alfa service centers in Dallas area. The dealer where I bought the Alfa was ranked low, and Essence was ranked high. The service was completed and I am happy with the results. Essence did go above snd beyond by looking for early wear signs and found and mitigated a couple of issues not listed on the 30K plan. Service manager was professional and built trust between the service group and myself. One warranty part was not a stock item and was ordered for a future visit.
