I have to say the service department has stepped up their game since Vanessa has stated working at Michaels. Vanessa is always friendly and knowledgeable and seems to understand that customer service is the game since Vanessa has stated working at Michaels. Vanessa is always friendly and knowledgeable and seems to understand that customer service is the most important aspect of a customers experience. A year ago I left a negative review because of the lack of quality customer service. We will be customers for life as long as we continue to receive excellent customer service like Vanessa has shown us!!! More

Sales team will try to pressure you into getting something you don’t want, Then will be upset at you if you don’t comply. Asked what the trade-in value for my vehicle would be, but they were just in something you don’t want, Then will be upset at you if you don’t comply. Asked what the trade-in value for my vehicle would be, but they were just interested in selling me a new car. Once I asked repeatedly I just want to know the value of my trade-in the salesman went to his manager Danny Jackson and told him I was not interested and Danny said your trade-in is Worth $100 to me. I would describe my experience with the sales team as disrespectful and degrading. More
Your service has been less than acceptable. You diagnosed an issue, charged me, and it was incorrect & didn’t fix the problem. You charged me $300+and that was wrong!! Never got the vehicle home….drove ri an issue, charged me, and it was incorrect & didn’t fix the problem. You charged me $300+and that was wrong!! Never got the vehicle home….drove right back to shop. You called once, after Monday no word from you….today one week later….. still no word…..now what will you do? Charge me again?
