Jesus, We are sorry you feel that way, but there are two sides to every story. Unfortunately, it is not exactly how you explain it. You own a 10 year old vehicle with over 100,000 miles on it, that has a value of $6,500 if perfect. In your case your car is in our service department because it needs an engine. The cost of the repair is close to $8,000 and that is why we were not able to offer you more then a $100. That is the fee we pay to remove a vehicle off our lot that has no value to us. This is correct. My issue was why was this not explained to me when I called two days earlier asking if there was any value for my car as a trade in. I was promised a call back that did not receive. When I did finally go in I asked repeatedly if there was any value to the car and my question was ignored again. It was not until I refused to look at any vehicles that I got that rude answer. If I’m not interested it’s only a $100 car to me. I was interested just wanted an answer before but unfortunately that was to much to ask for.
