I had my 2013 Malibu towed to Michael Chevrolet's service dept after hours. Ken Dawson called me the next business day and had everything processed and my rental car set up. I was provided updates by phone dept after hours. Ken Dawson called me the next business day and had everything processed and my rental car set up. I was provided updates by phone and text (which is great!) so I was kept abreast of the whole repair process. My car was completely detailed inside and out upon getting my vehicle back. The car runs great and I am very pleased with the service and care provided by Ken Dawson, the Service Advisor. I have had previous vehicles serviced at Michael's over the years and with Ken as the Service Advisor, and was treated in the same courteous manner. I would highly recommend their service dept. More
