Communication was minimal. I had to call another mechanic to explain the work that needs to be done on the invoice I was given. My service advisor was almost non existent. Will most likely go to a different dealership moving forward. I was also supposed to get a call from the service manager to explain my issues with the truck and transfer me to another advisor to continue the work. I never got a call back from the manager either. Same horrible service that was provided previously under Michaels Chev. Guess the new owner hasn't' changed anything. More

There was little communication between me and the person who was assisting me. I had no idea what the progress of my car was for over 4 hours. I also wasn’t informed about the long wait time. Multiple people were upset in the waiting room, and from them, I gathered that the shop was short staffed that day. I imagined that having an appointment would make my visit shorter, but that was not the case. It makes me question what the point of an appointment was. At the end of my visit, I was only told what they found and that they didn’t have time to do anything else. Four hours of waiting to not even get anywhere with fixing my car. I am very disappointed in my visit and lack of customer service. It felt very much like I was ignored along with every other customer there sitting for hours. I will not be returning. More
Service was excellent. Took in our XT4 because a service light came on. Our service rep. worked on getting the replacement part ordered in a timely manner.
