We had been to alot of other Dealerships before we came to Blackwell Kia. We felt like the other dealerships were trying to "Scam" us but the minute we talked with Brett Lord he made us feel comfortable. to Blackwell Kia. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and he was able to answer all our questions, and he never pressured us at all. He was one of the reasons that we decided to buy our Kia, besides the great price we got! And he showed us around and explained all about the service department. He also made sure before we left with our new car that we understood all the features and how everything worked. Which sounds simple but it was a nice detail, instead of having to figure out how to turn on the lights and radio while I was driving! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. And the cookies were great too! They made us feel special, instead of "another sale". Two things I especially liked about this dealership were that the cars were already priced as low as they were willing to go, so there was no need to haggle, and that the salespeople are NOT paid commission, so things were low-key and not unpleasantly competitive like many dealerships. In addition, the Kia Soul is an awesome car, and I'd highly recommend it to someone who wanted an economical, yet fun, ride. More

Amanda did a great job explaining all the different trim levels and helping us through the process of selecting the correct trim level for our needs. We felt very comfortable with Amanda as well as all the employees we talked to. We were never pressured to buy right now. The entire process was a genuinely pleasant experience. There was none of the stereotypical car sales tactics like those we experienced at other dealerships. After we agree on a purchase price, this did not take long at all or a tremendous amount of back and forth negotiations. After the purchase was completed Amanda took the time to go through all the options that were in our new Kia Soul and she also showed us how to use them.
