I don't have enough time in a day to type even half of the crazy things that happened during this experience but as shortly as possible - horrible service, horrible communication (going a week at a time w the crazy things that happened during this experience but as shortly as possible - horrible service, horrible communication (going a week at a time with no returning my calls) , Management needs better training (mocked me and belittle me) then left the conversation at that would not work on my vehicle to a week later me getting a "text" saying the repair was almost complete. My car left with MORE PROBLEMS than when I dropped off and they take no responsibility for it. I literally had to pick up my car and take it straight to another car repair shop to have issues they caused repaired! they charged unreasonable charges for work the warranty already paid for and charged labor cost on their mistakes when warranty wouldn't cover because it was the SHOP's fault! Horrible! Horrible! add in per management (Karen) the Owner Torrey is not in the office much so is unavailable to talk to customers! Warranty paid thousands of dollars to them yet they still surprised me with a $1,200+ bill. More
