Bought a 2018 F150 about 2 years ago from Alexander Chevrolet in muncy.The vehicle was sold to me with bad cam phasers which I was unaware of.Had the phasers replaced under ford warranty.This is s majo Chevrolet in muncy.The vehicle was sold to me with bad cam phasers which I was unaware of.Had the phasers replaced under ford warranty.This is s major repair.Here we are again a year and a half later 17000 miles since last repair and the phasers are bad again and need to be replaced.Thankfully I have warranty left. I talked to the Alexander Ford dealership about possibly doing something to get me out of this vehicle and was told it's a fluke thing and nothing can be done short of selling the vehicle or trade it in on a different truck. This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from a Alexander dealership and it will be my last. More

Dropped off my Tahoe at 8:00 am (first one there) to have my AC checked - I called them at 1:15, was told my service advisor was at lunch and he would call me back. At 3:00 I called them, only to be told th my AC checked - I called them at 1:15, was told my service advisor was at lunch and he would call me back. At 3:00 I called them, only to be told they had forgotten to call me - and they would call me back in 5 minutes. After 15, I was told " sorry we are backed up - we are going to check it out now". So, I said, you haven't looked at it yet although it was the first car pulled in to the bay this morning. RADIO SILENCE - I wold the I would be by to get the key - basically, wasted a whole day. STAY AWAY More

If you want the vehicle go buy it asap. Appts don’t matter with this dealer. Had an appt to go and buy a vehicle. Got a text 5 minutes before I left saying it was sold. If you are serious about buying a vehicle, don't bother with this dealer. They are all about themselves and could care less about the customer. They won't make any effort to close a sale. Will never buy a vehicle from any Blaise dealership again. They gave us a hard time about our trade in due to the major rust it had.. yes we knew it was there. They insisted that it will be going dire again. They gave us a hard time about our trade in due to the major rust it had.. yes we knew it was there. They insisted that it will be going directly to auction due to the condition and couldn't give us much for it. They lowballed us at 8500 for a 2011 Chevy 2500 that now sits on their lot for 20,000. I get that dealerships are out to make money but they refused to do any negotiations with us and blatanly lied to us about several other things too. We bought our new to us truck on a Monday and scheduled to pick it up on Saturday. When we got there for the pick up, our salesman left us sitting in the showroom for over 40 minutes. All we needed to do was hand over a check and be on our way. I had to track someone down to go get someone to help us. They initially gave us the wrong paperwork and I had to ask for our keys 3 times. Our deal included a "we owe" for scratches that were to be fixed. We were assured that our salesman personally made sure it was done. It was hard to tell that day because it was pouring down rain, but the next day we saw the scratches were still there. Didnt even try to buff them out for us. With the poor service we already received, its not worth going back and trying to fight it out with them. If what we wanted was easier to come by, we would have walked away. More

Kevin, Michael and Curt and Mr. Alexander himself were incredible. They helped us out in one day! We were dealing with Hazleton for months regarding a vehicle we bought there. I had the Worst experience ever at Blaise in Muncy pa bought the truck there toke it back for a rear ended noise so they replaced bearing in the rear an still has a noise so I take it back to get the sto bought the truck there toke it back for a rear ended noise so they replaced bearing in the rear an still has a noise so I take it back to get the story that it was break in noise which is xx so toke it back a Third time it’s bin there going on two weeks an last week I was told 3 time that they where working on only to get a call on Friday to tell me that they thought they were working on my truck but the weren’t it was another truck xxx I will never go back to any of there dealerships to buy or for service what joke!!! More
