When we got there they said they could not bring vehicles from the other lot. We then asked about other vehicles they had listed for sale on their website and were told they were not ready to sell yet - then why did you list it. The salesperson seemed more interested in clowning with other salespeople than talking with us. We drove down the road twenty minutes and went to another dealer and got over DOUBLE on our trade in for a comparable vehicle. Will not be back to a Blaise Alexander dealership and will not recommend. More

Drove down 2 hrs. Only to fine out the vehicle I wanted to look at was sold, when I called the night before at 5:30 PM to make sure it was there. Then to make things better told me that they would give me a good deal on another truck which they knocked 1,000 dollars off and insulted me by telling me that they would give me $16,000 for my 2016 jeep wrangler unlimited sport with 72,000 miles when they have this same vehicle setting on there lot for $26,000 only not in as good off shape!! Refused service after the owner told my nephew he would fix My nephew had an appointment at 8:30 today (5/10/19) with this dealership that put his transmission in and damaged his car. So after waiting over 30 minutes they said they cant find him on file (he made his appointment 4 days prior and talked to a lady by the name of Allison I believe and he said she was very helpful) and said they dont do scratch and dent removal here... and because of a “bad attitude” (just saying “ok” and “alright” to non open ended questions and statements like “ill be right back” and “can you hold on let me figure out whats going on here” means a bad attitude?) and “punching a door” (opening a door quickly apparently means punching.. because everyone can just sit at a dealership all day for an appointment that was made 4 days prior...) they refused to fix any damage they caused to his vehicle after asking him to waste his gas to drop his car off at the bodyshop which is even further away so after an hour of waiting driving and a refusal to fix the damage they did to his car here he is still with a damaged car... He already reached out to the owner about the the damage before and was promised a free scratch and dent removal and a full detail...we both believe this is complete bs .... anyone have any solutions? Great customer service by the way... I want this fixed now! More

Went for what I thought was a simple task to get a trade value turned into an 1 1/2 hour ordeal. They asked for our keys while they evaluated our trade. 45 minutes later I asked for the keys back as they reply oh we will get them. Over the next 30-40 minutes I continue to ask for OUR keys back as they continue to try and sell me the new vehicle at a Way below trade value all the while saying we can get your payment lower or put you in something different. Finally get keys and leave. Realize 30 miles up the road that they still have our insurance and registration cards! There response: "Oh guess you will have to come back and get them". No apology. Long story short went to another dealership the next day bought same year (new) model vehicle equipped the same for $2500.00 less. Can you say BUSH LEAGUE CROOKS! More

This place only cares about the money period. You are treated as a number nothing more. My dad took his 2008 Titan down to trade on a 2015 Chevy truck. They offered him half of what it was worth on KBB trade. HALF!!! that is totally insulting. Their truck was not listed at half of retail. The manager was rude and condescending saying his truck wasn’t worth more anything more than half and my dad had big dreams thinking it was worth more. My dads 2008 Titan is fully loaded and meticulously taken care of over the years he has had it. It is absolutely worth every penny of the trade in value KBB says it’s worth. Let’s just say if you want to be told your stuff is junk and not worth anything go here. If you want a fair value for your vehicle go somewhere elshe!! More
