I spoke to Zack I submitted a credit app talked numbers was ready to come down and pick it up same day. I was told by Zack this car is not for sale it has parts on order its in the shop next week it will be ready. I said are you sure ? He reasured me it would not be sold. I explored every option. Over night shipping the contract ir E-sign I was open to anyway tog et the contract done that day. Even open to have the car shipped I was told no we do not do that no we do not hold cars no we do not ship cars. I was assured the car would not be sold. That same Saturday Zack called me to inform me the car was sold. While in the shop without repairs done. Car was sold from under me with no communication. Very unprofessional very poor communication. I could not recommend to do business with them. Based on my experience they are not to be trusted. I sold cars for years and never have I refused to sell a car or lied about availability. There practices need a change the should offer support of long distance purchases at the very least. Offer E-sign, overnight contracts or shipping. We're in 2026 you dont have these features there's a problem. You lie to your customer base in a profession that already has a untrustworthy stigma. No thank you. Go somewhere else. More

After I purchased the 2025 escape before I left the lot I noticed windshield washer lite on, salesperson said he would take care of it. Got home and lite was on . I washed the car and noticed that the all 4 tires are about 3/32 and Insp is due April. I’m not sure it will be safe to drive in snow. Also found all 4 tires had 40psi, door sill recommends 33.i am in contact will salesman said he would call Monday. I was surprised to find all these discrepancies. I have bought 3 cars ther in the past and not happy with current issues. More
