Just recently bought a brand new Outback from them and the whole process was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I stepped in the door the sales staff treated me with respect and understood my wants and needs. Anthony was the salesman and did everything phenomenal. The finance process was also great. Like every dealer they go over extended product and the finance manager Dominik I believe was his name was professional, explained everything in great detail and gave me tons of options to consider. Not once did I feel pushed to take a product or did I feel I was getting ripped off. I declined some of the product and he didn’t try to keep selling everything. I trust Subarus but the computers scare me! The dealership was clean, the managers make you seem like family and you aren’t just a sale. I will definitely recommend all my family and friends to come here and I’ll definitely be back for service. Thank you guys again for making the car buying experience not a pain. I came here due to my best friend recommending me to come. She bought a used rav4 2 years ago and continues to have great service. More
BUYER BEWARE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A WOMAN: After my experience with Blaise Subaru, I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from any of the Blaise dealerships. I bought a used vehicle from them and was t experience with Blaise Subaru, I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from any of the Blaise dealerships. I bought a used vehicle from them and was told by the salesman they would fix any issues in the first 3 months I owned it, but also that in his experience they'd often fix things for a bit longer than that. We immediately noticed the rear camera was completely fogged on the interior and that a seal on the passenger side front door was broken and made for a VERY noisy ride. Prior to 3 months, we brought in the vehicle and had those issues dealt with, although it took multiple appointments and tons of phone calls. Their service department said they had an issue with getting messages and often it would take a week or two to get a response. During this time, we noticed the car was burning through oil at a rapid rate and asked them to check that. They didn't, they just changed the oil, apparently due to a miscommunication between the service desk and the technicians. At the same time, they told me that it needed new tires and new wheel bearings. When they sold me the car a few months prior, they said it had new tires (it did!). They also told me wheel bearings just give out suddenly and there was no way of knowing beforehand that this would be an issue. They told me I had to do this multi-thousand dollar repair right away because it was incredibly dangerous. I explained they would need to replace the wheel bearings, as it was still within the reasonable service window and the only reason we were past the 3 month mark was because of the communication issues in the service department. At this point my husband started to interact with them and got completely different information. Suddenly, the wheel bearings would be good for another year, and the tires were fine. As for the oil issue, he was told the sales department would need to pay for any additional repairs if we wouldn't and we had to speak with them directly. All of this took ages to deal with because of the communication issues. The good news was my original salesman was now in a management position, so I assumed he would stand by his word. Instead, he called my husband, said he heard we were unhappy with the vehicle we'd had less than 5 months and we could return it, but he'd have to look up the current value of the vehicle first and that's what they'd offer. All we wanted was the vehicle fixed and to get a straight answer about what was actually wrong. We have given up trying to work with them and will be taking the vehicle somewhere else to get serviced. It's too bad they have a monopoly on car dealerships in the area, but next time I buy a car I'll gladly drive 50+ miles to avoid them. More
Dealership is a beautiful facility but the Service Department is the worst. They over-torqued the tire lug nuts on our 2016 Outback during a regularly scheduled oil change and tire rotation. This over Department is the worst. They over-torqued the tire lug nuts on our 2016 Outback during a regularly scheduled oil change and tire rotation. This over-torqueing caused three lug studs to crack and eventually to snap off while my wife was driving on the interstate in Virginia. The remaining 2 lug nuts were finger tight on the remaining studs. The wobble in the wheel damaged the wheel bearing which needed to be replaced along with the rear hub. Luckily there was a garage within a mile of her location. The mechanic there confirmed a too much or too little torque issue and had to replace the rear wheel hub, lug nuts, and wheel bearing for a cost of $530. The Service Manager at Blaise Alexander Subaru would not admit to or even apologize for the damage done to the car. He even denied changing the oil and oil filter and rotating the tires even though it was documented on the invoice that he provided me from the day his crew performed the work. He then said I must have had the work performed somewhere else. I informed him our Subaru has never been in another garage besides Blaise Alexander Subaru from the day we bought it from them new 8 years ago. As a matter of fact all the vehicles we have purchased over the past 25 years have been from and serviced only by one of Blaise Alexander's dealerships. I guarantee you I will never step foot in the Blaise Alexander Subaru dealership in Muncy again. Blaise if you are reading this, you sir have major issues at your Subaru Service Department in Muncy. All I was looking for was an apology! Never got one. More
This dealership was the worst car buying experience I have ever had...they lied about the vehicle being serviced...I had the car less than 36 hours and had to return it for a bad transmission, radiator a have ever had...they lied about the vehicle being serviced...I had the car less than 36 hours and had to return it for a bad transmission, radiator and high pressure hoses. They kept my car for over a month with no communication as to what was happening. Had to call and text repeatedly to get answers. After getting the car back I had it for 24 hrs and ended up returning it again for other issues that were found. They kept the car another month and then after many attempts at getting answers they informed me they couldn't fix the car and were willing to buy it back from me since they had no other trade options on their lot. It was a horrible experience and I will never visit a Blaise Alexander dealership again! Buyers beware!! More
Scheduled service with a phone call. Spoke directly to service department, explained I needed car pickup at my home. The day came no pickup. Called service department at noon. Was told they didn’t h service department, explained I needed car pickup at my home. The day came no pickup. Called service department at noon. Was told they didn’t have me scheduled to have car picked up. The next available appointment was in two weeks. Lucky it wasn’t an emergency. I am constantly being harassed to trade up to a new model. I don’t think so. Distance is to far to go for service. There are more local Subaru dealers when I want to upgrade. More

Another sales manager Nate called me today to try to work out the difference on price/payment. Was then happy with the deal that was offered and actually went back in and purchased the new Forster. The staff went above and beyond to make us happy and actually changed the color of the car we bought last minute to make us happy. Our son even puked on their floor and they were very accepting and kind about it. Our salesman Wyatt was and he was awesome. He made sure our experience was as good as possible with a 10 month old and hours of waiting. We will definitely be back and am always happy when a business goes above and beyond their job to make things happy with a customer! More

But while they had it they came up with a list of nine issues they recommended to be repaired. Because they have grossly exaggerated repair issues in the past I took my car to a mechanic I trust. This dealership described my head gaskets as "leaking oil heavily": the independent mechanic saw nothing of the kind and noted that my oil was full. (If it were really a problem it would have gone down.) He deemed that my tire treads were adequate; not "cupped and feathered"as this dealership described. While he agreed that I should replace that back break pads; they were not "worn metal to metal" as this firm described. I can only surmise that Alexander Subaru thinks they can scare customers into buying a new car and ditching their older one because it would be too expensive to repair. Since this is a consistent experience whenever my car is serviced here I blame management not the mechanic who might have to mislead customers to keep his job. More
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE LIKE YOU ARE GONNA GET EBOLA I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to take their car to Blaise Alexander, that would be cruel and unusual punishment. I hit a deer back in December and they supposedly repaired my car. I got it back and thought it was street legal. Nobody told me anything otherwise. First, they were supposed to fix the breaks. Less than 2 months later I had to pay a friend of mine $160 to do them the correct way. They never wiped the writing off the window off the driver side door that said “no brakes.” Then I went to a concert and Philadelphia and got a parking ticket, which I refused to pay because I was under the impression my car was street legal and the parking meter patrol just was too stupid to realize it. Well, they weren’t wrong. I just got pulled over last night and into an argument with a cop because I thought my car was inspected. But now I have a $106 ticket because my car wasn’t inspected because NOBODY AT BLAISE TOLD ME. They just said, “come get your car.” I am pretty certain most people would also think this means their car is back to being drivable. So not only do I have to pay for an inspection that I thought was done now, there were SERIOUS issues with my car that were not addressed. And I could have blown my engine because of their negligence. How does the insurance company know the issues I was having with my car was not related to hitting the deer? This is the most absurd thing ever. I always hear horror stories about Blaise Alexander and now I am experiencing one myself. Avoid ALL their dealerships like the plague. More
