Thank you for your response. I had to post to hear something from your dealership. I am still waiting on a call back from Brookfield management. I am not sure why listing my work place makes a difference as this was a personal transaction. Are you even supposed to be releasing client information? I am fairly sure the confirmation page states otherwise. The problem at hand is a result of your dealership saying we could add a second name to the registration while transferring plates. I am now aware this is a legal/regulatory issue. This mess initiated by the Brookfield office is the reason I am unable to use our SUV.

I agree, no one calling you is reprehensible. Its very bad, we strive and talk about this all the time. I will speak to Mass DMV tomorrow morning myself and let you know. Mass HAS been bad, if we messed up your reg that's even worse! Ill find out tomorrow and let you know. You shouldn't of had to post to get a response like that.
