I would recommend this dealership for the quality cars they provide. But I would not recommend them if you are an out of state purchaser. Lulu was very nice and attentive. But I felt like I needed to stay they provide. But I would not recommend them if you are an out of state purchaser. Lulu was very nice and attentive. But I felt like I needed to stay on top of everyone (Lulu, Tony) in order to get the paperwork (title, etc.) moved along. It has been over a week since I paid for the car and I still have not received the paperwork I need to register my car in MA. More

No repairs were made that were discussed and agreed upon with salesperson Alexis. Car gave me issues the same day I drove it home and I couldn’t get a response from anyone at the dealership afterwards. Alex with salesperson Alexis. Car gave me issues the same day I drove it home and I couldn’t get a response from anyone at the dealership afterwards. Alexis told me she had to talk to her manager and never got back with me. Plus emission’s we’re expired, brakes making grinding/rubbing noises, same as when we test drove it, broken taillight, tire sensor light flashing on dashboard and chirping noise coming from the engine/belts when first started.
