My name was signed on documents that was not even sent to me and because of this I was told to bring my. Sr I’m they would detail my car , rotate tires change oil I dropped the car off around 9.30 that morn me and because of this I was told to bring my. The guy who sold me the car ask if I could wait around 15 minutes he was finishing up .we sit in the car they let us take to my daughters appointment for around 30 minutes. He brought my car to me with a towel in his hand not even dried noelr was it vacuumed. Nothing had Ben done as promised oh and Jason said he wanted to bout us lunch lol nothing still no manual for the jeep nor a copy of the original warranty that was still left on the jeep. Told them about the issue of a sleep when you starting going real fast was told they would look at that as well but was told they was short handed.told the salesman and all he said was sorry. Ask for floor mats the salesman told me he would have to pay for that out of his pocket I told him never mind he was about the only good experience we had from this dealer ship and as soon as I get my daughters health better I am going to precede with who signed my name on the documents. Oh and they did put a plate on the front of the car which should of been on it any ways .not one call from Jason who promised all of this most likely he was the one who done the paper. Work and fork to send all the paperwork with the gentleman who delivered my car.,and I took pictures of all documents at that time cause I stopped and would not sign a document about warranty. We called them and they stated I still had the rest of the original warranty and I have screen shoot from the salesman as well. The salesman is about the only descent thing about the sale we encountered. Oh still have not received a manual for my jeep which should of been in the jeep when he brought it. More
