Took it in to have engine checked, also had brakes put on the rear and was somehow charged $600 and told my engine was ok and they couldn’t hear the hemi knock yet anyone I mean anyone that hears my truck ru the rear and was somehow charged $600 and told my engine was ok and they couldn’t hear the hemi knock yet anyone I mean anyone that hears my truck run says the engine is operating rough and can hear it. Worst GD dealership I ever been too. I have bought 2 vehicles from there but no more. More

They first told me you couldn’t give appointments for state stickers. I arrived and no one was getting inspected and they took my back immediately. They told me my car didn’t pass rear breaks were measu state stickers. I arrived and no one was getting inspected and they took my back immediately. They told me my car didn’t pass rear breaks were measured at 2 mm below the standard so they failed the inspection… You just changed the oil, rotated tires and no mention that my rear breaks needed replaced, looks like would have been brought to our attention Then they priced the replacement of the rear pads but was not going to turn the rotators, the price for pads and labor was 283.00. The price to replace the rotary was over $500.00… I got a much lower price from Crabtree Buick, GMC of $226.. and they are turning the rotary. Seems like having both vehicles service there and purchasing a new keep in 2023 doesn’t count for much these days… Dennis McFarlane 4232629389 More
