I bought a used Saab from them. The battery was dead when I asked to test drive it. I was told 'cars sit, buttons are played with, the car has been thoroughly tested'. I bought the car and 5 minutes a when I asked to test drive it. I was told 'cars sit, buttons are played with, the car has been thoroughly tested'. I bought the car and 5 minutes after I drove off the lot the check engine light came on. They told me to take it home 'and see if it goes off', if not, they'd 'have it looked at'. I brought it back and they sent me to their mechanic. He diagnosed a bad oxygen sensor. Plus I'd found an oil leak, too. (Thoroughly tested????). They fixed these issues, which is a point in their favor but I brought it home and parked it with the keys in it while I installed wipers, fish eyes and such. Went to start it, battery was dead again. Had the battery test, it was good. Jumped the car, tried to pull out of my driveway to charge it, check engine comes on again!. I took it to my own mechanic who diagnosed a bad ignition switch causing the alternator to get excited and draining the battery. Basically, if the keys are in it, the battery will drain in a matter of minutes. The origianl reason the car wouldn't start on their lot. Over $600 to fix. Blueline refused to fix it, even tho at that point I was willing to compromise with they buy the part and I'd pay the labor. In fact, they never called me back. I complained to BBB, Blueline lied to them, too. Then they responded to my review by saying it was buyer's remorse. It was not buyer's remorse. The problem existed in the car while it sat on their lot before I ever touched it and it's not my problem their mechanic got it wrong and didn't fix the intial problem. I never asked them to take the car back until they refused to deal with the problem. My resolution was pay for the fix or take the car back. I was even willing to compromise but they refused to do anything. More

As a mother of 2, safety is always my priority when selecting my car. I purchased my minivan from Blue-Line and it is great. Side airbags, good gas mileage,ect. Blue Line rules! I have been looking around for a while for the Mazda I wanted and blueline had one! The price was decent and I can afford the payments with little money up front so I am happy! i went to blueline to find a new car for my son. My son really wanted the Honda but we went with the Chevy. Eric was really helpful in showing the benefits of both cars and he helped us decide that the Ch really wanted the Honda but we went with the Chevy.
