Great place to buy a vehicle from and was very patient. Something I really liked is they didn’t pressure me into buying a warranty for my vehicle unlike other dealerships. 10/10 recommend More

Overall, good experience. The sales staff were great, the office staff does lack some communication but all-in-all was a good experience. I got the vehicle I went in for. More

Best car dealership I’ve been to. Smaller sized car lot with a great selection and helpful staff. Albert was great and we found the truck we wanted and were able to drive off the lot with it that day! More

We did sell Ms. Davis a 7 year old Kia Optima. Ms. Davis negotiated a lower price for the vehicle then we had listed on the window sticker. We agreed to heavily discount the vehicle to accommodate her payment range, but we explained in writing that it was a used vehicle and had used tires on it and that we would not be promising anything else. We had Ms. Davis sign and initial that if we agreed to her price, that we would not be purchasing new tires for the vehicle, or any other items including window tint, wheels, etc. She signed our form and agreed that the dealership did not owe her anything. The tires were safe to drive on. Discount Tire told her they were not safe so that they could sell her new tires, as that's what they are in the business of doing. Since the vehicle was so heavily discounted, we had Ms. Davis sign and initial a form that stated NOTHING PROMISED, NOTHING OWED by the dealership, she signed and agreed to these terms in writing. This was very clear and transparently disclosed to the customer. Ms. Davis's Kia Optima had a recall issued by the manufacturer, Kia, and Kia put a brand new engine and transmission in for her at a cost of $0 to her. We feel bad that Ms. Davis was inconvenienced while Kia worked on her vehicle, however, it was 100% fixed and Ms. Davis wasn't charged for any of the repairs made by Kia under the recall. Ms. Davis contacted us and demanded we buy her a new set of tires after the deal was completed and said if we don't buy her new tires she would leave a bad review. We were not allowed to even see the tires she claimed were unsafe because she disposed of them on her own accord. We politely explained to her that we don't respond to extortion threats about reviews so customers can obtain things that were not agreed to at the time of sale, just as we would not call her back and tell her we gave her too much for her trade in and needed more money. The deal was very transparent, everything was in writing, and we have all the documentation to support that fact.

Every email I sent to Branden and Kim had attached pictures of the tires for you to see. I never received a call or email back and have had to call daily to get updates. To clarify the pricing, I traded in a car for 3k trade in value and put 2k cash down. Financed 9k which put me around the sticker cost for the Kia. You sold my car for $6,400 5 days later and it definitely needed paint so I understand it wasn't much of a profit on your end with the trade in. I'm posting this so people are aware that if they buy a car they should run the VIN and make sure there are no open recalls. Kia has taken great care of me during this and has had clear communication with me. I've gotten the run around and no reply from your dealership which is just sad given the prior experience with you guys. It's not hard to do the right thing. I never tried to extort anything, I still have the pictures of the tires and can send them for a 5th time. I never demanded a full set of tires and Branden can attest to how patient and kind I've been over the weeks this has dragged out. I said I would be happy with anything you would offer, pay for two tires, something to help cover the money I'm out barely two months into ownership.

The sticker price of the Kia was $14,988, and we sold it to Ms. Davis for $12,500. We understand that you sent us pictures of the tires, we disclosed to you in writing, (prior to the sale) that we were not buying you a new set of tires. We will email over the documents that you signed showing this was very clearly disclosed, and agreed to by you. The right thing to do, is always living up to written agreements both by the dealer and the customer. We apologize for any inconveniences you have experienced and are happy to hear that Kia completed the open recall. Thank you.
