After reviewing Boardman Subaru's extensive inventory online, a pop-up window indicated that if we went in for a test drive we'd qualify for a VISA gift card. So I filled out the online form. Why not? Shortly after submitting the form I was contacted by Geno Fraticelli from Boardman Subaru thanking me for visiting their website and opening a dialog about our upcoming test drive. I was so impressed by the attention and excellent customer service! Needless to say, we made a visit to the dealership shortly thereafter. We purchased a car from Dan Bond at Boardman Subaru before and recalled the outstanding assistance he gave us. So we were sure to ask for him again during this visit. And we were rewarded for our efforts. Dan spent the better part of the afternoon working with us to identify what we were looking for in a new vehicle. We test drove several options and settled on a Forester. Dan went out of his way to work for us to get the best deal on our trade-in vehicle and spent over an hour helping us to understand the financing and leasing options available. In the end, we are the proud lessees of a 2018 Subaru Forester XT. Boardman Subaru is a truly exceptional dealership with an enormous selection of excellent vehicles. I already owned an Outback that I purchased used elsewhere and would look around the showroom floor whenever I was in for an oil change. I knew I eventually wanted a Forester but I really wasn’t in the market for a new vehicle at the moment. But the recent zero percent financing plus the Share the Love event helped change my mind to purchase one now. Corey couldn’t have made purchasing a car any easier than he did. Since I had to work and didn’t have much time to get to the dealership to test drive a car, my husband went to the dealership, test drove a Forester, picked one out that he thought I would like, worked the deal with Corey and two days later I went to sign the papers and pick up my new Forester. We never felt pressured and everyone treated us great every step of the way. Geno was great in bringing the cars around for my husband to test drive. Mike Moore has got to be the best guy in finance I’ve ever dealt with at any dealership. He is super nice and made me feel as comfortable as can be when signing the papers. I got a great deal on a 2018 Forester 2.5i Touring and I can’t believe the value for the money – this vehicle has every option I can imagine.
