Since I lived very far from the dealership, I had to negotiat the price completely online an I found the exact car I was looking for searching online. Car shopping made easy and delightful I started emailing Doug about a month ago with requests for information on Imprezas and he always responded quickly and continued updating me with the I started emailing Doug about a month ago with requests for information on Imprezas and he always responded quickly and continued updating me with the options for me to visit the dealership. When I decided to drive to Boardman Subaru, about 85 miles from me, he had my selected car ready for my test drive and introduced me to Dave Kuszaj. My wife and I were treated with respect and patience in the shopping process. After agreeing on a deal for the Impreza and meeting Pat, I stated I needed to give thought overnight before proceeding. There was no pressure for us to buy at that point. That night my wife asked about the Legacy Sedan feeling better about the larger car and wanting different options. We completely changed the deal from an Impreza to the Legacy and both Doug and Dave responded in a professional and helpful manner . What a great experience and a wonderful deal. This is my sixth Subaru and by far the very best shopping experience ever. More
